Just two weeks after giving birth to her second child, Mackenzie McKee, née Douthit, looked almost like she'd never been pregnant at all.
The 19-year-old Teen Mom 3 star posted a before and after image to her Instagram
account on Friday – juxtaposing a picture of her sizeable baby bump with a photo of her completely flat stomach.
The Oklahoma native captioned it: 'Two weeks later. All my muscle is gone; (. But dr said I could start working out again today; ). Woo. Time to get my six pack back.'

 

Mackenzie gave birth to a healthy baby girl on February 7, despite her type 1 diabetes causing complications along the way.
She underwent an emergency C-section three weeks prior to her due date, as doctors feared her diabetes would complicate the last few weeks of the pregnancy.
Jaxie Taylor McKee was born at 12:43pm in Miami, Oklahoma, weighing in at a healthy 8 lbs and 9 ozShe joins older brother Gannon Dewayne McKee, who was born on September 12, 2011.
Mackenzie said of her happy news: 'I am so thankful for a healthy baby girl.'
She added: 'My blood sugars and the baby’s were fine during the delivery.' 
The pretty blonde was advised not to have another child because of her health condition, though fortunately everything worked out in the end.
She and long-time love Josh McKee have not always had the best relationship - as chronicled by the MTV show - but have managed to remain together, culminating in them getting married last year.
The pair held a large country-themed Kansas wedding on August 17 - though she revealed on August 12 that they had actually already been 'married for months'.
