Peace at last! Governor Obiano apologizes to Peter Obi, Pastor settles their rift (Photos)

I've always wondered what caused problem between ex-Governor Peter Obi and the man he handed over to, Willie Obiano the current governor of Anambra State. But with politicians you can't tell.

Anyway, the good news is that both men have made peace. Governor Obiano has reconciled with his predecessor, Obi. It was at the burial mass of late Rev. Fr. Nicholas Tagbo held at Assembly ground of the College where Obiano and Peter Obi were once students under the late Rev. Father.

In a surprise move, Governor Obiano humbly apologized Peter Obi for any wrong he may have done him, prompting the former Governor to approach him at the podium and embrace him. 

They knelt at the altar and the Archbishop, Ecclesiastical Province of Onitsha, Most Rev. Valerian Okeke who was also a student of the late Padre, prayed for them. See more photos...
