Police in Bayelsa State have arrested a royal father,
believed to be the father of the leader of the gang of hoodlums who allegedly
kidnapped Mr Inengite Nitabai, a cousin to the president. Five other suspects
are also said to be cooling off in the police net.
According to a source, the kidnappers got in touch with his
family after he was kidnapped on the 23
rd of February, 2014 and
demanded for N500m ransom, but his family pleaded with them to accept N30m, but
they rejected it out rightly, saying the amount was laughable. The 65-year old
man is still in the den of his kidnappers.
