Tiger King in Portsmouth was closed immediately after a surprise
inspection last week uncovered filthy conditions and was branded a
health risk. Owner Daniel Fan was today fined £5,000 and banned from
running food businesses for six months, while the hygiene inspector said
the takeaway was one of the worst he had seen in 20 years.
Staff were forced to use a toilet with no seat and were left with nowhere to wash their hands.
Owner Daniel Fan has now been banned from running a food business for six months.

was one of the worst hygiene breaches he had seen in 20 years.
